I want to warn people not to use, or work for, this company.

It is run by Sherry Riley and she is extremely unprofessional. Last year I worked (for a very brief time) for them and realized people need to be warned about this company.

Many of the people that work for this company are SELF PROFESSED drug addicts and alcoholics. And many of the clients are well-to-do families. Personally, I wouldn't want a drug addict in my family member's home administering medication. Also there have been instances of theft from the clients.

As for working for this company, unless you grovel at Sherry Riley's feet and kiss her butt she will intentionally NOT give you work. She delegates the schedule making out to the care givers themselves because she's too cheap to hire a secretary and in doing that friends and/or family of the person making the schedule receive more hours then others.

I have never quiet seen a company run this way and really can't understand how they are staying in business.
