I accidentally incorrectly entered one of the numbers on my checking account for the auto pay feature. They never contacted me to tell me my payment did not go through. The first contact I had was with a collections agency telling me I was past due and my interest rates had been raised from the 2-year interest free plan to 30%!

I been doing bussines with care credit little over 6years, i have broww 5, 000 which i was paying every month
withing 17month i have payed half of the loan down 2, 500 may 11 2009 it went from 2, 500 to 3818. i called customer service may 20 explain to them my setuation, t hey said i have to pay the whole amaunt he loan, that they couldn't help becouse i had 18 month to pay of tand they hang up thr phone... i will never use care credit again. they deceice people..

I have 3 Care Credit accounts with them for over 3 years now. One in my name, one in my wifes, and a joint account in both of our names. All of them have been charged with so many overdraft charges in the last 3 years I still owe them nearly what I started at. Problem is I only had 1 late payment, not 20. They are scamming people. Their website doesn't post the payments in a timely manner. It can take days. They've also changed the due date on us several times. When you call about these so called late payments they act like they don't understand english. I just quit paying them. I'm hoping someone will do a class action lawsuit and put them out of business here shortly. Where's the government in these situations?! Government if you CARE these people are runing peoples CREDIT. Maybe that's why they are called CARE CREDIT> they don't care about your CREDIT!! BIG SCAM!!

We got the Care credit through GE Money Bank. We paid well over the min payment for the past 18 months. We we going to make the final payment this month. Well turns out the interest free promotional period ended on Feb 7, 2009. Today is the the 12th. We missed it by 5 days and they tacked on almost $1000 in finance charges. I've called twice and offered to pay the final payment today. They refuse to remove the charges. All I wanted was the charges removed and to make a final payment. Most credit cards give a 10 grace period.
DO NOT set up paperless statements or auto pay. Get your statement each month and READ it. If I had I would have known I had to pay by the 7th. Now instead of having one more card paid off, I have more debt.

Care Credit/ GE Money Bank has posted a charge to my account without my knowledge, approval or signature due to Arlington Family Dentistry charges that were not legitimate. Services were done without approval of patient, even after the patient advised them NO. Business has promised to issue credit to patient, however, instead they did not advised patient until after Care Credit/ GE Money Bank posted the charges. Care Credit and GE Money Bank was advised of the error, pending the dispute, however, they have not replied via E Mail or correspondence. When I received my statement, the disputed charge was posted on my account plus late fees. I had closed my account and advised themof the dispute. They have ignored me. I have telephoned them with no results, noone answers the phone, only a recording. Please give me advice or tell me how to solve this problem.
