Card was paid off .Then reissued or restated on my credit report as active.

False information given
In November 11 of 2008 my wife had surgery on her arm to remove melanoma skin cancer on her arm. The doctors office told her about CARE CREDIT a supposedly interest free way to cary the debt on the cost of the surgery which was part of our insurance deductible for the year. Due to the nature of the surgery it required two more visits to completely remove the skin cancer on December 11 2009 and January 6 2009. CARE CREDIT choose to charge the third visit as a separate charge and started charging interest on the amount. Even the doctors office agreed this should have been one charge for the entire procedure. After several calls to CARE CREDIT from my wife and from the doctors office we have reached an impasse. The agent my wife spoke with today even hung up on her. Each time my wife called she was treated rudely. CARE CREDIT should be identified as giving false information on the enrollment process. 1-866-893-7864 is for customer service at CARE CREDIT or 1-800-333-1071

Customer Service
I am trying to contact this company and their customer service is closed on Saturday. I have never heard of a credit card company that didn't have some kind of way to contact them, but is only available Mon-Fri. I have gone on their website and there is only phone number, which is only good Mon-Fri. I have looked for email address, an area on website for questions about your account. THere is nothing, accept to call back on Monday. They attempted to take $50 payment by way of ACH which was way I tried to call..to stop payment. This is the worst customer service I have seen for a credit card company. Worst website, worst. You are out of luck if you a problem on Saturday.

refused a balance transfer without notification and started an interest rate at 22.98%
My dog died at a pet hospital. I used care credit to pay for his medical charges with care credit. They offered 0% for a short period. I arranged to have that balance transfered before the end of the 0% period. GEMB refused to accept the transfer and I was never informed. I checked the status just to make certain that my balance was zero and found that it was not only zero but I had accrued an additional $95.
This is what is wrong with America, avarice and deception!
