My car was repoed yesterday by this company. This is the same company I purchased and financed the car with. They said that I paid $400 total since I bought the car. The car was around $6000 after taxes and interest. I put down $1800 and have paid almost $800 in payments since I have had it (since August) and should owe around $3, 000. They said they have called me but I have heard nothing from them! They are now saying I have to come up with over $4, 500 to get my car back. I have been doing fine with making my payments (one was so recent that they haven't even cashed the check yet) and didn't even know there was a problem and not my car is gone. And then the owner had the audacity to say that he "knows my kind"! This is fraud AND slander! The salesman's boss (Ram) is rude and inconsiderate and has not even tried to help me resolve this in good faith even though I DID NOTHING WRONG! I am going to report this company to every agency and news crew that will listen. What they are doing is ILLEGAL! They are using their poor customers to make up for lost business in the company... They don't even have a website online. They are a shady company and I regret EVER giving them my business!
