I received a call from Mr. Savage at 1-770-234-0101 ext 101 today around 1:20 pm. I answered the phone and he asked for my husband. I asked what this was regarding and he responded that a person (my brother) had put in a application and was using my husband as a reference. I thought he was calling about a job my brother had applied at. He used to work for my husband so I thought it was legit. I said well, my husband isn't here. He then asked for my brothers #. I then asked, if you have his application why do you need my brothers #. I asked who he was with and he said a bank. I know my brother is in collections for his finances but they are calling me harrassing me and lying to get me to give them his phone#. Is this legal? I told him I didn't appreciate him calling me and lying about my brother filling out an application when it wasn't true. I also told him he better not call my house or else.
