Not much help at all
If your thinking about using Care One for your debit management program you might want to read this so you will know what to really expect. We joined only two months ago and its all been down hill from there. First we were quoted a monthly payment that we were able to handle and would save us about $300.00 a month (this is after they ran our credit report). Well the next two weeks after joining I began to recieve e-mails each one telling me that thay had the wrong amounts due for a spicific card and that my monthly payment would have to increase. This happened FIVE times. Then after our first payment I get another e-mail saying one of the creditors rejected the payment and to satisfy them we needed to once again increase our payment. So now our $300.00 a month savings in now less then $200.00 and we still haven't received a responce from three of the other credit companys saying they excepted Care Ones offer, so there is still a chance that our payment will still go up. On top of it all we're paying them $50.00 a month service fee. Not much of a savings at all. I almost forgot plan on loosing some sleep because the credit companys will be calling and calling and calling. Two months later we still haven't been able to sleep in because of the phone calls. My advice is to choose wisely and first and formost call the credit companys, most will work with you if you tell them your looking into debit management. Good Luck.

CONTINUED HARRASMENT
I had fallen behind of some of payments to Care One due to nurmerous medical problems. I signed up for a program GE MONEY offered by paying a minimum fee each month for 9 months at a rate of $16.98 every month. In the meantime they were suppose to freeze the account by not adding late fees, over limit fees etc.
Of course I get another statement by Care One and again they continued to add interest rates, late fee and over limit fee. The very things that were making the account default.
I also got a confirmation letter in the mail acceptance of this proposal. Any way you can intervene or help.?
