I went onto indeed.com to apply for jobs, i came across an opening for admissions assistant for a company called career network i applied then received an email stating the following:
"We wanted to let you know that we received your application for the Admissions Assistant position with Career Network. We have recommended you as a potential candidate. Please follow the link below to log in and confirm your availability to fill the Admissions Assistant position, After logging into Career Network, one of the largest gateways to employment opportunities on the Internet, you will be verifying your interest in the Admissions Assistant position. Please verify the information that we have on record and supply any additional information requested. Any information we receive will be used in making the final hiring determination.

then i got a text telling me to call a 1-800 number a week later i got the same text when i called they had my name and everything before i said a word, they rerouted me to a recruiter for a college then put me on the phone with the college, they just want you to sign up for classes and well i had enough be warned that this is truly a scam she kept telling me my application is going through a hiring process yada yada well after all this i decided to investigate this company who never stated there name and well here we are

They sent me a e-mail to fill out more forms. When I put their web address in this site was in the search. Thanks for saving me a lot of time and worry. The worst part is they are not the only ones who are doing this.
