I got a text from this company asking me to contact them to confirm information for a Receptionist position I applied for. They did confirm my address and general information, however, I realized pretty quickly they were just phising for information. The brunt of our conversation was about "continuing education" and they advised me they would have an advisor call me about financial aid "free of charge". That is a red flag as any college or accredited school's financial consultants will talk to you free of charge. There is never a charge to apply for grants or any other financial aid, and after we talked for alittle while, I realized that they were a complete fraud. I really need a better job, and in this market, most people are desperate enough to try anything!!! DONT TRUST THEM!!! I just hope I didn't give them too much information when I applied for this position. My idea is that they get a commision from various company's just for getting you to call these "financial aid" institutions, which would probably require much more sensitive information, like social security numbers and or credit card information. BEWARE!!!
