Be very wary of the Carleton Sheets Real Estate Scam, I mean program. While the program itself may be worthwhile to some, it's trash to others. I ordered this program and had no time to review the material. I sent it back within the specified timeframe and because I failed to get their permission to return it, they continued to charge me for the program. I was forced to get my bank involved because the Customer Service reps were unwilling to budge. They had the complete program, which they did offer to return to me, and continued to charge my account.

Be very careful if you order this program!! Remember, you are not an adult unless Carleton Sheets says so!! You must have his permission to return something you don't want and can't use. Otherwise, he'll make you pay!!!
