lack of knowledge and customer service on a service repair
the people there get paid to know nothing about cars, they lie and scam you to thing otherwise, My fiance and i bought a car in august 0f 2010 and im writing this report on oct 22 2010, the lexus rx330 we bought from them has been in the shop twice and for the second visit its been there for 4 weeks cause they couldnt figure out a 1 hour fix that i the consumer had already told them about when i dropped off the car for repairs that was under warranty... then all they can offer is $150 gift certificate towards future repairs when they had the car for a whole month and we've made a $538 monthly payment on the vehicle... they kept the car for a whole month not knowing the problem cause they think their mechanics are more knowledgable than the customer... then when we complained they said we need to talk to corporate about how to handle the situation, if they can offer more than the $150... then when i call corporate they say they can only offer what the service management at the store offers... so what they do is act stupid n make no sense and point the fingers at eachother and hide behind the phone, once they got you on a finance contract they dont care about you and they LIE like theres no tomorrow... to make this 2 month story short, dont buy the extended warranty cause they sell it for too much and tell you that you can cancel it, then when u try to cancel it you cant cause they say you cant modify the car loan contract, 2nd take the car to the manufacture dealer they know the car inside out... I dont even thing carmax knows how to pump air in the tires right or even change the cars oil...
