I called Carolina Cabinetry and I was very pleased with their fast response to my message. I had a designer come out to give me a FREE in home measure and design on a custom unit that I would be using for gaming. The designer understood what I wanted and was wonderful putting that into a real world item that you couldn’t find at any store. As with any company there was a clear contract to sign. The company kept me informed on the status of my product and within a few weeks had it installed into my home. The company followed through from start to finish even offering up some recommended installers for my electronic equipment, this was not needed. I would say to anyone regardless of the size of custom job you needed, give them a call the price was within what I had in mind and the product looks great.

I have always wanted a well organized garage. I called Carolina Cabinetry and got immediate help. They sent out a wonderful designer to my home that gave me great ideas on how to properly organize my garage to give me as much storage space as possible. The designs were outstanding and very easy to understand. The price was very reasonable for the amount of work put into it. The overall outcome of my experience with Carolina Cabinetry was amazing. I will definitely use Carolina Cabinetry again in the future

I received a home office unit from CAROLINA CABINETRY and very much enjoyed the wonderful, and professional treatment. I was concerned about all of my office equipment fitting in the small space i had available, but everything fit like a glove. There are no ugly wires showing and i was able to have the best functional space i ever could imagine. Lauri the designer is the sweetest person i have ever met, she takes her job very personally to make sure that everything I wished to have and need was satisfied to my expectations. The construction and the quality of the product are at the highest level and the installation was very timely. I would recommend the company to anybody. They are very honest and forthcoming with no hidden costs, it was a pleasure doing business with CAROLINA CABINETRY

We signed a contract with Carolina Cabinetry on 4/29/2011. The terms included delivery in 8 weeks and 60% down. Three days after we signed the contract the owner came over to take the final measurements. He informed us his wife did not tell him the cabinets below the windows required a hinged top. And when we explained the hinged top was part of our design he demanded $400 more. Their price was already higher than others we had received, so I stated we would just cancel and please refund the 60% deposit. Daniel said it would take 8 wks to refund, which is rediculous as they hadn't done anything. So I threatened to report them to the BBB and he quickly retreated and said he would not increase the price and include the hinged tops.
When 8 wks passed I called and was told the doors (standard raised panel) had not come in. After that point I could not get this company to even provide an estimated date of installation.
Today I went to the only address I could find on the internet which turned out to be their home. I wasn't sure whose house it was, so I rang the doorbell. When I introduced my self and asked when would we get our cabinets I was told the doors had not come in. And the wife became very rude and said to get off of her propery.
I have no references of anyone that has used this company without complaints. Would like some.
