My name is Carolyn, i want to make a complain on the 134.49 GBP that was charge to my account for Mr Victor Madumere flight from London Gatwick to Amsterdam on Friday April 2nd at the our of 8:00:11 PM.
Apparently, the booking was confirmed, and a mail was received from Mr Victor's email address in this format.

On Mr Victor arrival at the airport to board in, he was tuned back, the reason was that the flight has been fully booked, this was an embarrassment and when he protested, he was told that the money has been returned back in to my account, He called me from the airport to confirm if the money has been returned and that he is been embarrassed and stranded at the airport. I hurriedly picked a taxi from Kent to Gatwick to book and pay for another flight, eventually He booked BA.
Furthermore, i went to my bank on the 7th of April to still confirm if the money has been returned into my account, the Bank said they actually authorised the money to easyjet and that there is no return of such money back to my account. The embarrassment and stress is enough, I do not want to make any case, all i want is my money to be paid back to my account on time.
