Bounced checks due to poor quality
I ordered checks online through Carousel. The checks arrived, the routing number and the account number on the checks are correct. I wrote five of these checks, and they are all being returned because the check reader was unable to scan the numbers. I have been told by my credit union that the clarity of the printing is not good enough for machine scanning. I am now not only out the cost of the checks, but am being charged returned check fees as if my checks bounced. I am asking for a full refund, as well as a refund of the returned check fees.

Terrible Service - no receipt of order
Placed order and waited six weeks for delivery. Was told to wait longer and that if I did not recieve order it would be re-processed and sent "priority mail". Received email that they were going to send out "bulk mail" and to wait another 18 days...
Unacceptable.
All requests for refund have been denied.
Now well over 6 weeks later still no checks. No response other than an automated email.
Order from you bank - not worth the discount these people claim...sure am getting tired of pulsing money to pay bills almost two months later!

Website Glitch, Awful Customer Service
This website advertised the checks I wanted as being on sale. On the final screen the price switched back to the regular, non-sale price. I emailed customer service about it. Their tone was disrepectful. They barely formed complete sentences, super informal. Then they basically called me a liar and said the checks aren't on sale and probably never have been. I'm avoiding them altogether. Someone else notes they have a Better Business Bureau rating of F, so check that out before you buy. Terrible, rude company that seems to not care about its customers.

have not received checks company refuses to refund
I order checks online over 4 weeks ago and never recieved the shipment they charged over 5.00 dollars for shipped said they shipped them bulk which I don't understand since I also live in Illinois which they are located and how come it cost so much for shipping.
Anyway they say they can't trace them refuse to give me a refund and said they would reprint I am worried about my checking acct number floating around and idenity theft of which if this happens they will be suite by me.
They are a very bad company and should be stopped and put out of business.

Incorrect Account Number Printed on Micro-Encoding Line
I ordered two boxes of duplicate checks. The account number on the micro-encoding line is incorrect, the very last number is wrong.
I have eight ouststanding checks. Now, each company payable is charging me a $40 fee. I am responsible for this error but now I am having to pay a heavy price for these checks that cost me $33.00.
I've tried to call but you have to leave message. I've emailed them today but do not think that I will get a response.
