I purchased Nokia X2 from Carrefour Avenues Kuwait yesterday 22 Sept 2010 at 11:00 pm and once I reached home I opened the carton and inserted the simcard, it stopped reading sim card within an hour. It was already mid-night so I took the phone today 23 Sept 2010 after returning from the work. The customer service instead of replacing the faulty piece just collected the phone and gave service order and asked to call later to know my fate. This is a real pain as I had to take out time and pay for taxi and still wait for days and the mercy of customer service for no fault of mine.
I dont know if anybody should ever return to such sales center.
