I will like to lodge a complaint against Carrerfour Puchong, Malaysoa. They have the most enefficient delivery service, with a very rude delivery man. I bought a refridgerator from them two days ago, on a Saturday 30th april 2011, and asked for an afternoon delivery the nest day since they said they could not deliver it the same night. The nest morning they called to deliver the fridge but i was i church and told them to come in the afternoon, to a rude response from the deliveryman, who told me they do not spend time waiting for me and they will leave my fridge in front of the door if i am not home the time they got there, and then he hang up on me. I went to Carrefour to report this after church, but they just told him to deliver to my place, and he said he was on the way there, but wen i got home he still dint come and i had to call him, only to be hung up on again, and then he ignored my calls. The next morning, monday, i still didnt have my fridge and i called him but he ignored my calls, I used another number and he picked up, and said he was on the way, 1ominutes away from my house. Still now i do not have my refridgerator and Carrefour is doing nothing about his behavior.
