I have been a long standing customer of Carrot Ink. The most recent black cartridge I purchased from them leaked in the printer (HP 970 CSE) when the printer was not in use. The ink leaked onto the circuit boards in the printer and destroyed them. Carrot Ink (Kristen in customer service) refused to acknowledge that their product was defective and refuses to pay for repair/replacement of the printer.
