Horrible Car Audio Service
My husband had his car audio system hooked up at this "business". Not only did the employee damage his car and not even offer to repair his damages, but he destroyed the speakers in our car. He incorrectly installed wires, which left them very shoddy and dangerous. He offered to fix one wire free of charge the next day. When husband went to CARS the next day, the employee was conveniently not there. Husband returned AGAIN twice to finally find the employee. He "fixed" the wire, then tried to charge my husband ANOTHER fifty dollars! To fix something employee messed up to begin with! Husband then told employee to remove the wire, because husband refused to pay even more money for bad work. Employee then became very rude and coarse. Husband left CARS. I decided to first call the employee to see if we could straighten this out. I asked to speak to owner, and expected to be offered free service or a refund of our money. Instead I was greeted with horrible language and yelling. I was told that my husband somehow was responsible for the damages, and that I could just "go to hell". There was very heavy use of curse words and yelling. It was the WORST customer service I have EVER received. I then told the owner that I would be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Owner said "It will not be the first time, and I don't give a s**t who you f*****g complain to!". He then hung up on me.
I will NEVER do business with this company EVER again, and I tell all of my friends, family members, and alert the online community whenever I can. DO NOT GO TO CARS ON NEW CIRCLE ROAD!
