This is concerning my 20 year old son, who applied for his first ever loan via moneysupermarket.com, but was then contacted by carter and carter who immediately after asking for his bank details to clarify who he was took £49.99 out of his account, he has sent a reply slip back to them but has had heard nothing since. every time you ring up you are on hold for nearly an hour and never get to speak to anyone, and have to listen to crap duran duran music. There is obviously no loan money going to be deposited, as they are just a a fraud company, I have now read lots of horror stories about this company where it seems lots of people have been lied to and robbed of a lot of money from their accounts. He basically just wants his money back as they have not done a thing for him???

This company has taken out nearly 100 pounds without concent from our account due to misleading info, they said if we are aplicable an decide to take this loan an adnmin fee would aply and if not then we wont be billed, and our information distroyed from their database, but we didnt have any money or paperwork or calls and we did not take any money off this company as we managed our debt ourselfs but we still have been billed, scamed for a sum of 99.99. this amount appeared on our statement an has made us overdrawn, . thanks alot carter and carter im a dad of 5 an my children need all my funds for their future now im still in debt and overdrawn, thanks!!!
