Me and my family finaly buying first house in Usa. My wife called me she found a purson to handle everything. The bad economy means we wanted house to be good deal and very big if we can bring our family from our home town in Mexico. Finally we found one that my wife loved and told me that we wanted it so we told the people at Casa Nueva Loans that this is the home we will like. He said it was a perfect house for us so we were happy becuase it was our first house here and we were happy about it. We bought the house but there was a lot of problems with it after we got it and when we called to him for help us he wouldn't and only said that we had a risky house because it was old San Antono. We called our sister who bouht a house in florida where she said things were very difernt for her and her sons. she looked at the paperwork that Casa Nueva gave us on the house to found out this company made us pay them so mcuh more then we should and was suposed to pay for somthing that would fix this home one year later from when we bougt it. This company is not fair for treating people who came from another country so bad. we thoght because he was from our country too that he would be nice and fair but he wasnt and he made us pay more than we shuld. If you are mexican do not use these company because they will steal from you to. thank you
