Casey Auto Group offered a incentive program called Consumer Cash Rewards on car purchases. I had a certificate that was in the amount of $9, 500 to be redeemed in a little over 36 months after car purchase. This program had extremely strict rules, however, I followed those to the T. I received a valid claim notice from Consumer Cash Rewards stating that I would receive at least 15% of the face value of my certificate. Now, Consumer Cash Rewards has filed bankruptcy and won't deliver on their commitment to follow through with the 15% guarantee.

Therefore, consumers have paid Casey Auto Dealerships more for their vehicles thinking they would get that money back in a little over 36 months. They made thousands of dollars on those car sales. BIG RIP OFF. I know their not responsible for the cash pay out of the Consumer Cash Rewards program, but wouldn't you think they could give you a BIG discount on a new car purchase or a few free oil changes. Casey doesn't even talk about it.

It makes me wonder if they were in a scam with Consumer Cash Rewards to make thousands by deceiving the public with some false certificates.
