Brought my car to Casey's Auto Body shop for a repair when my car was hit 4/7/ 2011 at parking lot in Antioch backing out of a parking lot coming from Patelco bank. As I was preparing to move forward another vehicle backing out did not look back, or hear me blasting my horn. My wife was in the passenger side when the pick up truck hit the driver side and the rear door where it needed to be put in the shop reccommended to me by State Farm Insurance. I drove my car to Casey's Auto Body shop with nothing wrong with my ignition. When I went to get my vehicle May 4, 2011 and was told by personnel who works there that there is something wrong with my ignition and they had to "jiggle" the ignition in order to make it work. I was Casey's for almost half an hour while the person try to get my car started. I called State Farm who in turn called Casey's Auto Body and they said that it wouldn't start so they "had to jiggled" in order to make it start. State Farm is stating that since it happened at Casey's it is not their fault even though I drove the vehicle there with no problems. They stated that the age of the vehicle it was going out anyway. Who is State Farm to tell me this. I notoified my Insurance Company who in turn said they will put a claim against State Farm because they will not honor the ignition replacement to the body shop that they reccommended to me. Their was nothing wrong with the switch it was working fine when I was opertating the vehicle and when I received it back the switch is faulty. My car is now sitting in the garage because it will not start because of the ignition cylinder is so loose it will not start or even get any fire. I want people to know if you take your car to Casey's Auto Body they will not replace what they broke. And as far as State Farm they should honor the claim and fix what Casey's Auto Body brokw.!!!
