Now many of you know them as USA CASH ADVANCE!! now what you are wrong about is it isnt just one company name, I knew the moment I got the first phone call from some lame claiming he worked for a law firm and he was transfering my to his lead partner that it was B.S. first off his number on my Caller id (a nation wide area code/st, and listing digital ID) was 209-479-7525 witch is a verizon affiliate cell phone number listed in or around Stockton CA. And the number he quickly transfered me to was 415-685-5254 witch is a land line registered to a home add in San Fransisco CA. not a law firm, there is not any such Company nor any affiliate in or near The bay area. Im from CA, raised in the Stockton area and Lived in Frisco for 5 years. The Same Name used Is Danny/dan or Daniel Marshall!! it changed a couple time in different accounts of this. They claimed my fiance was being sued for fraud due to a loan taken out on a prepayed card for 300 that was never repayed. Now this after i allready traced their fake numbers that transfered my by useing a Central DA an internet service that provides temp numbers an web addresses, they have no fault here!!! So we let them give us their very poor and unprofesssional speall on how he got the advance jan 21, ( sound familiar) and if he dous not bring I think 4000 to court he will be sued!! well yea my man had been applying for loans but never accepted nor recieved any, in fact spent most of his time on that fake lending site going in circles!! The account number the abvouse middle eastern scum bag gave me was my direct deposit account number for my turbotax refund card. His next blounder was jan 21st was my birthday so i remember everything that was done, When I matched the account number to my card I had all the proof i needed since my cards account wasnt set up untill feb 12th and wasnt activated for allmost 2 weeks after that!! Morans!! So Of course I laid into them, let them know that they were busted the gig was up!! and they didnt even have a good chance at pulling one over on us!! But beware of the Lending agencys better yet dont apply on line at all!!!
