I trusted in Rachel Longs's Cash Expand program because she is the #1 recruiter in My World Plus and the program is endorsed by the CEO Ben Glinsky. I thought how could I go wrong. Boy was I shocked. I had joined MWP about 18 months ago and had real trouble getting sign ups.
When I found Rachel's program in January of 2009 with all of the endorsements I thought that I would finally be able to make some money on line. I enrolled in the Auto Cash Club and eventually paid for the GUARANTEED SIGN UPS on Jan. 21, 2009. I got a lot of pre-enrollees but no sign ups. She stood by her promise and ran my ad again but still no signups. I didn't cancel in time and was billed another $100 on Feb. 21, 2009. I did receive 1 sign up and a lot of pre-enrollees but I don't think that it was because of anything that the company did but was rather just a result of her advertising campaign.
Over the course of the almost 4 months I emailed them, asked for an explanation and explained why I was disgusted with the program. I wasn't worried about losing my 2nd $100 payment because I had been assured by my bank that they would refund my money if I lodged a complaint. My second installment was refunded to me but Cash Expand acted as though they were doing me a favor by giving me the refund. I let them know that is was no grand gesture on their part since my bank would have given my money back anyway. I requested the return of my 1st payment and received no response.
I sent an email to MWP support letting them know what Rachel is doing and how I thought that the CEO Ben Glinsky should know what was going on. As of this date I haven't received a response. Rachel has recently switched from PayPal to Alert Pay for funds processing. I wonder if her reputation is catching up with her. In addition to adding my story to this website, I plan to get my story out to every source that I can. Letting Alert Pay know about what has been going on will be my next step. I suggest that anybody who has had a bad experience does the same. Rachel Long will be very sorry that she kept MY $100.
