I am warning everyone about this company, I found out this company have charged my bank account twice without my knowledge & approval. I am very upset about this because of them doing this it bounced my checking account, this account isnt used for bills or anything like that. this account is for my personal needs & case of emergency use only.
The weird part was I got a letter fom them to activate this account with them & I never did that. To Top it off the name on this wasnt even spelled right either on the letter, then I found out a couple days later they charged my account. Not only 1 time but twice. I am going to sue this company if they dont correct the problem I think someone better close this company down I dont undertand how they can take money out if they dont even contact you or any notice on this, this so wrong...
I am not done with them they are going to refund me & refund my service or I am going to sue them.

I did not agree to this account. I was at work when the account was set up with my debt card. I called to discuss the account. They were willing to close the account but refused to refund the 29.99
