I tried to get a hold of Cash rewards, but all phone numbers have been disconnected. I tried to send them an e-mail but it was returned undeliverable.
It appears that David Maloy, President and CEO of Cash Rewards is nothing but a SCAM artist.

I also tried to get a hold of Cope & Mcpheters, the ones that duped us into this whole thing to begin with, but they have gone out of business as well.
