I sent Cash4Gold a number of jewelry items. They returned someone else's jewelry and a check for 5 cents; yes 5cents. I returned the wrong jewelry to them. They are unable to find MY jewelry because, most likely, another customer has it. They offered me $15.00 and I turned it down. I have the manager's number who I will call. PLEASE do not use this service, even if you are desperate. The Guardian wrote an on-line review please read. They will offer no where nere the value of your gold. There are other companies that will advertise there price per gramme before you send your gold. I sent 270gammes of gold, which they stated was 171gs, and offered 1/3 at least its value that i would receive from other companies. Irequested a valuation which i did not receive until i phoned 10/12 times. I advised them to return my gold, the response was up to/10 14days. I did not take there offer and would never use or recommend again EVER

They ripped me off. didn't send me my check. fuck them.
