Called again and told them to send the phone back to me. Got the following email "For one reason or another, we have not received your approval to purchase your
device. Your order status appears to be stuck right now. You were sent an email seven days ago. That email included a link where you can approve our offer, based upon the results of our inspection. My story is the same as all of the other ones: quoted a price, sent the laptop in, and after 6 weeks was called with a quote of HALF of what was originally offered. They said my laptop had hinge problems, scuffing, etc, the list goes on and on. Believe me when I say it was in PERFECT condition. They must just have a list of things they choose from when saying there's damage. When I said "send it back", they pretty quickly paid me the original quote. I have never dealt with such a dishonest company. You'd be much better off going with Gazelle or Toshiba Trade In.
