I sold back numerous CDs to this website. They promised me a certain price on "CD X." When I got my check from them, they had changed the promised buyback price of "CD X" with no reason. It wasn't because the CD was scratched or the case was broken. It was a total adjustment of price. This CD was highly collectable and they deducted 7 dollars off of it. Basically, they told me they would give me one price for it and than they gave me another. Also, I printed out their so-called "free" shipping label, but when I went to the Post Office, they said the label wasn't a shipping label and I had to pay for my own shipping. Losing about 13.00 total (between the adjusted buyback price and paying for shipping) from this site isn't worth my time complaining to the Better Business Bureau, but please be careful when dealing with this website.
