After being informed that I had signed a 3 yr. contract with a previous security company (also a problem) I spoke with castlerock employee by phone approx. one year ago. They informed me that they had purchased the contract and that I still had one year left. At that time I was informed that I could call them before Aug. 2010 and cancel. Called July 5, 2010 to cancel. This time I was informed that the service had "already auto-renewed". I have never heard of such! They told me that I would have to cancel again before June 23, 2011.
