First, customer service that lies, lies, lies. They will lie about terms of a contract, they will lie that they are looking into a problem, they will lie that they will call you back, they will lie about everything to keep milking money out of people.
Second, we disabled our system over 3 weeks ago and have never received a call that there is a problem with our system. Were they ever monitoring to begin with? Isn't this their job?
How can someone even work for this company? Do you people have no self respect or moral compass? I know times are tight, but really?
