In July of 2009, I called CastleRock to find out when my contract was up so I could end their services. They told me July of 2010. The employee didn't give me any more details.
When I got home from my Vacation on July 12, 2010, I called to cancel my contract. They informed me that I couldn't and I had to stay in this current contract for another year. I was informed that my contracted automatically rolled over at the end of June. The employee then informed me that I needed to contact them in writing to end my contract and I needed to do this before June of 2011. No one told me that I needed to end services in writing the first time I called.
Needless to say I was very upset. I waited an entire year to get out of my 3 year contract and now I am in it for another year.
