Filing misleading complaints to cause damage to a person's reputation is a bad practice and could subject you to legal liability. Just because you are not able to do business with someone is not grounds for a complaint. If you could not contact me and it was a problem then you are always free to go elsewhere. The fact that your room mate caused a significant amount of problems and extra work when she gave me her ex-husbands social security number as her own and caused filing problems for everyone is your problem since you can't do one return without the other. The real situation is that I got into a major car accident and had to cancel appointments several times for you as well as others as I was in severe pain and had to go lay down as I had 4 broken neck vertebrae and struggled to get through tax season. My surgery was April 19 at Cedars Sinai hospital and titanium plates had to be put in as well as fusion. There is another surgery to occur in late June to fix my lower back. So if you knew the facts as to why you could not get a hold of me you would not have filed this stupid complaint for all the world to see. Since I have been in practice over 20 years I guess only two complaints is good, especially when one is bogus and the other could not be solved. You should be ashamed of yourself for filing this complaint when it was not justified and trying to ruin my reputation.
