I prepaid for collect cals from jail and received a bill for taxes on my account owing $22.42 after paying with my checking account or debit and/or visa card. If it is a pre paid account how can a person owe a bill for services? Now that my son is in jail he cannot call me due to this bill they say I owe to the company. My sister in law said to call BBB and the FCC to report this company, I am doing that next and refuse to pay the bill for taxes.
