Consumers please be careful when dealing with CCBILL,
I used an adult service which did not provide to me the full services that it advertised. I accessed the site a few times and sent three emails to the site owner and there was no response. I decided after a while to get my money back using the chargeback facility on my credit card. The credit card company thought I had a case so they went ahead to get my money back. I thought great plus what a good way to spend money and it's protected. Thus, no consequences or so I thought how wrong I was.
I tried to access another site and was repulsed by CCBILL who take money for those websites. CCBILL stated I could not use their services because of my chargeback. Furthemore, I should have gone to them over the first site with what I thought was a technical issue. I did not really know anything about them or what they really did until I tried to access the other site. I thought CCBIll possibly think I should be a mind reader as to what they can do. I then got the Better Buissness Bureau involved.
CCBILL sent me an email in which reading between the lines CCBILL were saying it was my fault in a patronisng manner. The transaction between us would "hurt" them more than anyone else. I though how can they know that and what a unproffesional response. I thought that possibly they must get their revenge and talk down to me and I must take the blame if I want to be reinstated to their services. Ok I said nothing otherwise I thought that I would not be reinstated. CCBill said it would take some time to clear a charge back, whatever that means. A month later I still had no access and I sent them an email saying I though that they were being vindictive. The shutters came straight down as though they were waiting for the least excuse to be mean. I did not think that what I wrote was too strong in the circumstances and I was denied access. I went back the BBB and the matter had been resolved as far as they were concerned. Then I read somewhere the BBB is funded partly by private buisness.
Consumers please be careful when dealing with CCBILL, for they do not act with integrity and they do not take responsibility or treat aggrieved consumers with respect. They can treat you with disrespect but you must not give it back to them under any circumstances, hypocritical I thought. I was treated as though I had commited fraud and not to be trusted. Probably they are blinded by proceedures and pressures to keep and accumulate money at all costs.

bad service, subscription scam
bad CSR, hang up the phone if you tell them the situation, hang up again if you ask why they hang you up, end up you need to cut your credit card or they keep charging every month without your permission. 100, 000 complaints were not wrong, ccbill is a one of credit card scam site. Be careful !

Unauthorized charges
I joined a web site that used CC Bill to collect the credit card information and charge my account. This was the first time I have used the credit card in months. Just got called from my bank fraud department asking about charges today. It was not me that placed any orders today. I have not used the card since the CC Bill charge. I do not even carry the credit card with me. The only way someone could get that number and use it would be by CC Bill giving out that information. They either gave it out or somebody that works there stole it. I called them and of course they say they didn't do anything wrong. How else could someone get my card number when I never use it except this one time. It did not happen by itself. I used the card for a CC bill charge and now I am dealing with fraudulent charges from other places online. CC Bill is the only place someone could have gotten that credit card number to use.
DO NOT USE CC BILL FOR ANY ONLINE SERVICES!!!

Unauthorized billing
I signed up for a trial membership from foreclosure listings .com for $3.95. After 5 days, they charged me $39.95 even though I canceled the membership. They would not refund my money until I emailed the CEO of the company. The CEO is Ronald Cadwell.
His email address is [email protected] He may not respond but I know this email address is valid because I got a read receipt on the message. If you have tried everything to get your money back, you may want to consider emailing him.

Unauthorized charges
I subscribed risk free for foreclosure property search for $3.95 risk free trial in august 2008. That time i didn't know that after 1st month ccbill.com will start billing me at 39.95 a month. It could be written in very small letter somewhere. I didn't use this service for 3-4 months and I pay my bills automatically. Since now they have charged me 4-5 payments of 39.95 without me using the service and no bills or reminders at home. They just want to earn easy money by just luring you into free stuff or at a very minimum price. Do not fall for CCBILL.COM ever.

CCBill Scam
My debit card was recently frozen by my bank after they noticed suspicious charges on my card. Apparently, the company CCBill, which I had never heard of but discovered was some type of adult content payment company, had attempted to charge my debit account more than $200. I have never been on any adult content web sites, and the only web sites I have given my debit card information to are Amazon and iTunes. I still can't figure out how CCBill hijacked my account. What a scam!

Unauthorized charges
I was billed $128.65(USD) from an adult site I did not subscribe to. It even says "followed by $109.80(USD) every 30 days." When i try to log in to my CCBill account with the subscription ID, it says NO SUBSCRIPTION FOUND. In other words: I can not log on to my CCbill account with it to cancel the recurring subscription, but had to use my credit card number. When I got to my page, it did not show any active subscriptions of any kind. Several e-mails later, I still got answers that everything was working fine and that I should be able to log on to this adult site I did not subscribe to. They were pretending not to be able to read, in other words. This is really scary - what kind of company is this? And considering the hundreds of similar complaints on this company on the net, why doesn't VISA simply ban it? End of story: Had to cancel my card and get a new one.
