If ANYONE is thinking about signing up with these BOZOS, DON'T!! They will take your money and act like oh, you're gonna be alright in the beginning, but after awhile they don't even know who you are! They don't assign you a case number, you have to do all the letter writing (which they provide you the templates for and all, how CONVENIENT!) to tell your creditors to stop harassing you, and that you DON'T owe the debt, and even have them notarized, lot of goo that did us with discover card, they came back with a nice LAWSUIT! Now we call them, they don't even know us, didn't even do ANYTHING TO OUR CREDIT as they promised, it's in the gutter (they promise credit repair right off the bat, HAH) and now we are having to look into filing bankruptcy over these guys, when ths all could have been avoided! My lawyer alerted me to any marketing firms operating out of Texas or Florida, because they have little or no regulation over these practices, and that's just where Mr. Britt operates his Marketing Firm!!! If you have already signed up and are looking for relief, there is a class action lawsuit being filed against these jerks. The attorneys involved are Smith, Mailman, and Searless.
