When i was initially hired by this company i was informed that i would be a dispatch tech and training to become a tech. During which time i didn't recieve much training but rather spend 2 weeks with each current tech and then sent back to dispatch. Upon being moved from dispatch to tech i was told i would recieve a pay increse. Not only did i not recieve the pay increse but i was moved into the tech position in a suspicious and un informed manner. On top of that this company had unsual difficulty performing direct deposit into a Chase bank account so rather than being paid every 2 weeks like many companies i was paid every 3. Also not to mention 2 weeks into my employment with this company they were already in talks of down sizing. One of the printer techs left while i was in remote training because of issues she had regarding her pay and nothing was never mentioned about her departure or why. Any issue regarding HR were never addressed nor could i recieve a call back if i had an inquiry. I do warn anyone that is to be employed with CCI, Cazarri Thredgil, Jeff Bowman, and Johnette Henry to be very aware of type of character these people are and the degrading manner in which they treat their employee's!
