On Apil 29, 2009, I ordered Acai Pure, free 14 day trial for $1.95. 2 days later, I received a phone call from this company telling me that I would receive Hoodia Water & Green Tea Extract also, completely free. I received all 3 items, but NEVER opened the last 2 items at all. On May 10, I contacted them via their getorderhelp.com which is so bogus because they will not give you an RMA number, which is required to return the items. I demanded they contact me with an RMA number immediately and I am cancelling ALL 3 memberships at once. They did not contact me.All they reply to you with is an automatically generated email with useless information that tells you to take these items for 180 days for results. I kept the packing lists from the original packages when I received them, so this 888 number was on the very bottom. When you call this number, it is a very long wait to actually speak to a real person. The man on the phone did give me an RMA number, and he politely told me that my memberships are now cancelled and I will not be charged anything further, and that I need to return the items, which may be returned together & I would need to obtain a delivery confirmation. On May 11, I packaged all 3 items up very nicely & secure & shipped them back via Priority Shipping with a delivery confirmation. On May 26, there were two charges in the amounts of $38.95 each. I immediately called my bank. My bank was very aware of this scam & told me the best way to handle this & to make absolutely sure I will NEVER be charged again from this company is to close my bank card, so I did, and the lady called this company while I was still on the phone with her. The man on the phone agreed to issue me two refunds for the full amounts immediately and my account will be credited within 24-72 hours. My bank is now monitoring my account to be sure they do. This company needs to have some lawsuits or something because they should not be permitted to do this to anyone.
