I originally was given a sample of Acai Pure in March of 2009.. Pay shipping and handling and if not satisfied with the product return it. I called them at least 4 times for a RMA number of which they would not give me one. I was told they would charge my credit card for the product. I informed them that I had tried numerous times to get a return authorization number of which they would not give me. I was not happy with the product and returned the unused pills by regular mail with a copy of the original shipping document. I then canceled my credit card and had a new one issued. I received a call from CCN collections on 10/13/09 at 3:04pm where the collector called Manny left on my home voicemail which is shared by 6 other people that I (Chasity DeVoss) had a debt of $59 and needed to call him back as soon as possible to clear up this debt. I called and left my available times on his voicemail to call me back when I was at home. He called again on 11/03/09 stating on a voicemail again that I had a debt of $59 and needed to call him back. This was his second attempt to collect this debt. I again called him back and left my work number. We spoke on 11/04/09. They are stating that I did not return the merchandise. They never received it back. Due to the fact that I sent it back regular mail I do not have a tracking number for the return. Therefore they are stating that I have to pay them $39 now. I do not feel that I should have to pay for a product that did not work and that I did return even after their refusal to give me a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
