I was charged on May 10, 2009 by ACAIPURE for $79.00 for a product I did not receive. I would like to cancel any future orders and want my account credited for the $79.00.

The directions on the bottle state:
"Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take 1 to 3 capsules daily. Start with 1 capsule in the evening.
Add an additional capsule each evening until you reach 3 capsules. Do not exceed 3 capsules daily."

When taken as directed on the bottle, the 60 capsules last for 21 NOT 30 days


The next month's supply was charged 44.90 on 4/12/09
No product has been received to date


I called the above noted phone # and spoke with Cassie to cancel my order. I pointed out that the first supply
was NOT for 30 days and lasted only 21 days when taken as directed on the bottle.
She informed me that I didn't take it properly and I was to take only 2 pills a day.

Long story short, I also spoke with "lead" CSR Tim 4/15/09, who also stated that the recommended dose is 2 and that is documented on the order form.

I told him that most of us don't carry our computers or order sheets around and that most
of us will follow the instructions on the label.

I requested an immediate refund and reimbursement for shipping, which was rejected. I must wait until I receive the shipment, return it and then will get my refund.

Makes me VERY ANGRY

Sending me product and charging it to my credit card without my authorization. Its a scam, I won't pay them, I'll have my credit card company deny payment.
