I paid for trial product online; making sure to decline ALL additional offers made on the website.

I received the trial products, but there was NO information in the packaging or on the bottling. The product made me ill, so I tried to return the shipment by calling the company. After hours on hold, for multiple days, I was unable to get through, and also was unable to cancel via their online website, since I had no order information.

Meanwhile, the company charged me an additional $70 for the "trial" products. I tried calling CCNEUTRA company again to decline the products, but was never able to get through. So, I finally disputed these charges with my bank.

The next month, I received ANOTHER shipment! And the company charged me an additional $90 this time! I canceled my credit card, and was also able to finally reach the company to get myself deleted from their "membership list"

So, at this point, I have been unfairly deceived to the tune of $160 for products that made me physically ILL!!! I will NEVER recommend this company or its products to ANYONE!

DO NOT EVER GIVE CCNEUTRA YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER OR YOU TOO MAY BE UNWITTINGLY CHARGED FOR THEIR PRODUCTS!
