unauthorized charge
I ordered a "free trial" offer for an acai supplement, requiring payment for the shipping only. Now I am being charged $39.95 on my debit card with no authorization from me.

Unauthorized charge to my account
I paid $4.95 for shipping and handling of this product. That is all I authorized them to take out. They then later charged me $39.95. Let me reiterate that this was unauthorized!!! It is also false advertising what they are doing!

being mistaken for company
I am being called day and night regarding ccnutra, I am not this company, I placed a complaint on line and it shows me as being the company with my name and address and telephone number, I have no idea how this happen but is there anyway it can be corrected or erased so my life can get back to normal.

unauthorized charges
I ordered the free trial size of a diet product from them for $4.99 and was also charged $45.85 for nothing. I did not authorize this charge and will fight it. I am going to the bank and then the Better Business Bureau. What else can I do??

I did not authorize theses people to debit my acct, I sent merchandise back i do not have any products from this company

Ripped off
cannot get hold of anyone on the phone, was overcharged for products, and have not received anything yet. Order was placed on the 24th of September 2008. Wants my money back now!!!

overcharged my checking for free sample
I was to get a free sample and pay shipping of 4.95 for acai and they charged my account 49.95 and 2 times they charged 4.95 the shipping rate.

unauthorized charges
I had a bad experience with this company in august but I had no idea that it was the same company offering the product, so I got burned again for $ 39.95, I hope that I get a refund again and I am giving up on ordering online because it appears that ccnutra products are listed under many names and I feel that is a form of deception, if I had any idea that was the same company, no way would I order anything from that company
