I called and placed an order for my son for Christnas and it was to be delivered by 12.23 or 12.24 and I followed up today to understand what is the expected delivery and I was informaed Whoops Too Bad your order has been lost between their call centers and the the main company.
I was also explained that they are in the middle of cancelling their working relationship with that call center and that was the main reason for the issues. I am a CEO of a Group of companies and considering the huge amount of calls and business they would receive during this holiday season, any reputable company would have taken pro-active steps to insure clients would not have these issues duringone of the most important times of the year besides one's birthday.
I vow to do everything in my power to bring the big CCS house to their knees.
