No Product shipped

Ordered products from this online website - my Visa was charged immediately. Never shipped the products. Now going on 4 weeks. Never use this joker. If you are going to chrage my credit card - then at least ship the products ordered. Phil Smith is a SCAMMER does not answer phone or respond to emails. Dec.,2009 order not received

Ordered merchandise on 12/12/2009. My credit card was charged the same day. Emailed recently to check status of order, received no response. The phone number listed on the web site is out of service. The phone number on the order confirmation gives the message, " mail box is full." I have read similar complaint on a website forum. I guess the best I can do is try to warn others not to order from CCWSUPPLY or anyone named Phil Smith in Grand Ledge, MI.
