CDs were returned but you still take money from my card
I have asked numerous times not to send cds as they don't work with my pc and any way I'm giving up using my pc.I'm now 91 yrs old.I've sent all the cds back but I still had one this morning and you are taking money from my card, which to me is stealing.I want my money back.James Needs

CD
I look at the web of CD Earth which they say that they will send the four CD software for free. I was happy and said ok.
Now when i received the CD after 3 weeks they have automatically takien 40$ from my account.
I thought the CD is free, why they charge me...i have not even used this CD. If they want i can send it back to CD EARTH.
Please return my money in my account asap.

Unauthorized deductions
This company, CD Eerth was not given any permission to deduct moneys from my acc, they only mentioned the 2, 95 shipping fee, now al of a sudden moneys are deducted from my acc, i will take this matter further.What a bunch of thieves, this is stealing.

charging again and again
In Apri 2010 I bought a Bible cd and commentary I gave them my visa number, they sent me cd and charged the amount in july 2010 they with draw some money from my account without sending any thing. and now I saw my visa bill they took 62.75 from my account again without sendingANY thing, without my permissiom and prior notice--------------------I INFORM EVERY ONE THEY ARE CHEATTER THE MAKING FOOL AND DOING FORGERE ----------------PLEASE NEVER BUY ANY THING OR DEAL WITH CD EARTH

Unable to stopp billing on credit card / contact them
I have been billed for cd I did not get and can not seem to get trough to anyone to cancell the agreement. CD Earth just keep billing me. Help. Pravin M Whiles.

Claiming money from credit card without authorisation
CD earth offered free cds through on line and asked for postal charge only. But they hiden their cheating policies and when I opedned the cd the company put my name in their club and after 30 days they charged £21.26 for the cds. This fact they are not telling thorugh their website. in fact I didnt give my concent for giving the money from my master card. I consider this is great cheating though online. Please do something to get my money back.

refund
i paid for postage of 3cds from cd earth about two months ago, to my surprise, yesterday the 30th of april 2010, the debited my master card, 22euro, 68cent. for nothing. i did not subscribe to any contract with them . this is a scam and want them to refund my money asap.and remove my name from all their books.

refund/return
on January 26 2010, I ordered for CDs from your company which I received but was not satisfied with the quality I returned the CDs and on January 29 you received them.
You still build my credit card and then told me that you had not received a have the confirmation number or date and the tracking number which I'll include in this note.

this track he never shows you receive the product on January 29. I do expect a refund on my credit card as soon as possible any questions contact me at 208-308-6703.

Discs not ordered
Cancelled all dealings with these fools and they completely ignored me. They had the nerve to send me yet a Third useless disc.
I am forced to cancel my credit card because of these thieves.
Do "NOT" get involved...They Will screw you...
