Had ordered a CD with a hard to find track needed for a presentation by a certain date, so included additional shipping charges for fast delivery. CD Universe sent the wrong CD and when I informed them of this and suggested they send the correct CD by Next Day Air so I would have it on time, they refused. This left me no choice but to demand a refund of the CD, express mail shipping charges, and the shipping charges for sending the incorrect CD back to them. Incompetent service and no cooperation in correcting the problem which they created.
