I purchased Epson R320 photo printer from this store, I bought it as what was advertised as sale price of $200.00. The thing that attracted me to buy this as it was efficient in printing the label directly on the CD or the DVD. That was not all it also had six different cartridges so there was no problem of refill. I bought it home and thought of trying it right away. When I tried I kept getting the same message that the CD tray not located correctly. I kept trying for 2 days but it was not fruitful at all. I had also purchased the continuous ink supply system which I had not kept it on. After trying 2 days I carried it back to the store, and here where the actual problem raised. I asked them to exchange the printer as it was not working and see them they simply said no, that it was not their policy to replace. I insisted that it was an defective piece which was given to me but they were not ready to hear me, the only thing they kept saying that it was not their policy. This company is a really unbelievable it is not worth anything, they sell their defective products my simply putting up a sale and attract the customers. Please stay away.
