The TV ad said "Order your computer today and have it delivered by next week." I called them in early February. They sent me some paperwork and it was signed and in their hands before February 19, 2009. They said as soon as the paperwork was completed, they would ship my items. We are now into September and I have not received my computer, the Wii game system, or the MP3 player that was part of the deal. Each time I call them for a ship date, all I get is excuses. They "claim" there are paperwork delays, or manufacturing delays, or shipping delays, or any excuse as to why they cannot tell me when I will get my stuff. All the while, they continue taking $57.99 every two weeks from my bank account, to the current total of $880.00. The grand total should be $1600.00<br />

I now find pages of complaints against CEC Solutions on various internet complaint sites, including this one. (Hindsight is 20/20.) I fear I will never get my computer. They say if I stop making payments I will lose everything including the Wii station, the MP3 player, and the free software bundle. <br />

I don't know what to do at this point. I'm afraid to continue, but also afraid to stop. This really sucks.

Heard about this offer, computer with free WII game system, and free MP3 player, so i called the no. for GCF. Talked to sales rep named Tyler, on july 12-2008gave himall the information plus a check for 99.00 plus 2 payments to get started.given delivery date of 5 weeks. called on 8-26-08. told delivery date of 11-08-08 because i "forgot to sign some paperword"of which i'd already sent in twice". clled 11-10-08 talked to vanessa delivery date of 12-12-08, came and went, called on 1-5-09 date of 1-19-09 after pmt.cleared'Automatic pmts taken out of acct.' called on 1-26-09 new date 2-16-09, got switched to a hp because dell was laying off, therefore they were falling behind on orders. new delivery date is 3-8-09, now its my fault because i changed computers called on 3-6-09 talked to chad new date 3-23-09, called on 3=13=09 talked to carlos shipping date 3-16-09, called on 3-23-09 talked to matt, was shipped on 3-16-09 call back on 8 day tracking datecalled back 3-25-09, talked to samantha, hp is having shipping problem, will ship on 3-31-09.called back on 3-30-09 talked to darrell, will be shipped on 4-2-09, give it 8 days then call back as per darrell.went to bank on 3-31-09 closed my account.i am out 1000.00 with no way of getting it back. I've tried to purchase a computer. However I couldn't complete the weekly payments. And so I"m wondering if all of the money from those payments can be refunded? I have canceled the order and I'm glad but not totality satisfied. I will be entirely greatful if that problem is resoved.

By the time I had recieved the letter in the mail, and found out that the product was of minimal standard and was triple what i could have paid at Circut City for a much better product, it was to late. VERY MIS LEADING ON TYPE OF PRODUCT, was told would have many options to pick from and or upgrade.
People who have limited funds listen to thses type of ads, and try this option only to be taken advantage of. You live and learn. These types of Companies should be accountable for fraud and ethics violations. Who do you trust anymore?

I just like hundreds of other consumer's trusted CEC Solutions Advertisement of 5 payments and you computer ships. CEC has $1058.68 of my money.
