Iam the manager of store 1249, my distric manager Glori Lorenzo, has a serious problem of yelling at me about things in front of my associates, and customers, now I have no problem being told when I am not doing things right, but I have a problem with being talked down to in front of others, one time when phase three came in it was understood not only by myself but the phase three screw we were to turn my store into race track my DM walked in and ask what the hell we were doing, and we told her we were doing what she told us to do, so I walked to my office she stood by the door and said to me "cecilia, what were you smoking when we talked about this, I do not like being talked to in that manner I do not smoke anything but cigaretts, I am so fed up with being talked to like I am less than a person, my customers even make coments about the way she talk to me and everyone else, on monday 3/22/2010, my assistant, and others worked from 9:30am till 3:30 am and had to be back at 5:00 am and worked till 1:30 that afternoon our dm would not let anyone leave, i however was taken to the hospital by ambulance from work that afternoon, due to stress and working many hours during the weeks and weekends, there is nothing worse than having to go into work everyday and having a dm yell at you nomatter how hard you work,
