I agree- public should be warned against Cedar Isle auto, fourways
They dont even deserve one star but i had no choice. I have experienced the same thing. my car went in for minor repairs. three weeks later, three quotes later, after i have paidR16000 and trusted their first assessment, i had to take my car to Boksburg Auto Alpina. I had to pay another dealer to fix the problem that was initially reported to Cedar isle auto. Berry Willis, the principal dealer refused to pay the R12000 that it cost me to take it to another delaer. They have no clue what they doing but expect their clients to pay. You take your car in to a "professional" and trust their assessment and have no problem to pay for these repairs but when you have to take your car back again and again and every time they expect you to pay again and again and again as their story of the problem changes every time. I logged a complaint with the national consumer commission ([email protected]) as well as Carte blanche. When i e mailed Berry that i will be taking the matter further, in stead of apologising for their incompetance, he threatened me with legal action should i tarnish their relationship. Like i said before - judging from the amount of complaints against this dealership, they doing a pretty good job to tarnish their own reputation themselves. He is either very ignorant or very ....... as he cannot or don't want to understand why i am complaining. How would you feel if you take your car in for repairs, they tell you what the problem is, you pay, take the car back and now they telling you it is a different problem, they expect you to pay again, and again, then ending paying someone else to fix it first time and pay for it again! I invite all unhappy customers to e mail me on [email protected] with their complaints as well ask ask them to report it to hellopeter.com, the cosumer commission, carte blanche and every other forum or social network they can report it to. regards adrie

This is the most pathetic service I have received from any car dealership
This is the most pathetic service I have received from any car dealership. Driving a bmw you would expect the service to live up to the brand but unfortunately not with this dealership. to cut a long story short I had to take my car in 3 times to finally get my issues sorted out which should be standard replacements of parts, no feedback received from service advisor and just passing the buck on the issue. On the last occasion bmw picked up the car themselves as I was not willing to waste my time, after receiving my car back I noticed my brand new SA soccer jersey I received as a gift was missing, spoke to the service manager Brian Ferrian last week Tuesday about the bad service i received and now my shirt being stolen and up till today no response back from him. Talk about pathetic service, I will never take my car back there again.
