We were moving from PA to GA. We contract CEH to help us with this move. We gave them a very detailed list of items including dimensions. They told us that it would all fit on a single truck - we told them it wouldn't. We were told it would and Charles had 20+ years of experience in this and that it would definitely fit. It didn't. The day of the move - they movers were about 4-5 hours late and loaded until 9pm. We had been told that they would drive through so that they could unload early. We drove through the night and were at the new house by 8am. The movers stopped and as such didnt arrive until 7-8pm the following night.

I had asked Jacobi and Charles what would happen if all te items didn't fit. I asked them if they would be responsible for getting the rest of the items. Since they thought it would all fit - I was told that sure they would be responsible for making sure all the items on the list would be moved. Several times we were told that they were in that part of the state and would get the stuff - and each time there was another excuse as to why they could not - or did not. The remaining items were left in an open front shed by the movers because they new that they would be back to get it. But they did not get it and a lot of our possessions were left to te elements.

After a couple of months and the weather worsening in PA, my son and i went and got the rest of the stuff that we wanted.

I would not recommend this company to move anything anywhere.
